The World Tourism day was celebrated by the department of Tourism & travel Management on 27th & 28th of September 2019 . On these days, several activities were planned to give the students an exposure regarding tourism industry.
On 27th Sep,2019 various activities were held in the classroom. Among them, group discussion catched the attention of peers. In this activity, students participated with full zeal and discuss various careers opportunities in tourism industry. After discussion the interest of students inclined towards the profile of Travel Agent, Hotel Manager, SPA Manager, Tour Operator, Event Organizer, Tour Guide, Executive Chef, PR Manager and many more.
On 28th Sep,2019 students visited Jang-e-Azadi Memorial Museum in Kartarpur. There, students learnt about the history of freedom fighters of our Nation.
