Management Department at “Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology” organized role play activity for the students of freshmen year of Business Administration.
Role Play helps in building the skills to handle problematic social and career interactions, which may happen as they progress through life.
In this event students of BBA 1st Semester were divided into different teams and were put into different situations to. When engaged in role playing, it develops their way of thinking and helps to develop feelings of empathy.
The situations chosen for the purpose were:
- A rude boss.
- An unsatisfied customer
- Salesman of the year
- Dissatisfied from life.
They understood how a situation can be dealt in different ways. They also understood the importance of controlling their emotional outrage and respond to the situations with wit.
