Commerce Department took the initiative to make their students learn the power of teamwork through ‘Stay in Touch’  Activity. Students have to keep the balloon off the ground using creative touches – just like collaboration in business. In this activity, students learned the meaning of team work by putting their collective efforts for saving their balloon from not falling on the ground. This is applicable same in case of Business, organisation and any other institutional that efforts of all the individuals matter to achieve the organizational objective. From this activity, students learned the significance of the team efforts and team support to achieve the goals.
The Motto was to indulge students in the activity so that they can learn the practical aspects form this team building exercise. Moreover, the students have shown full enthusiasm and interest in this activity.
