Typing competition was held by Computer Department of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology, Goraya on 06/09/2018 in a productive way. Director Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma told the students that typing lessons can help you become a faster typist, improve your career prospects and pave the way for success in further education. Regular typing practice helps in improving accuracy, improving focus, saves time and helps you to become more productive. Typing competition helps in improving expertise of the person. The ambition of this competition was to bring students out of fear from participation and also to improve their typing skills. It provides you an opportunity to let the participants know where they stand. Typing helps students to get job more easily as they can do work faster than others.

Ms. Shruti, Mr. Raghav, Ms. Navjot, Mr. Akshay, Mr. Deepak, Mr. Sonu, Mr. Kamalpreet, Mr. Harpreet  has participated in this competition. Competition was organized by Computer Science Department in Computer Lab. Director Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma congratulated the students for their participation.
