The Lohri, The festival of light and warmth which gives immense joys and richness of culture among all. This is one of the unique celebration in Punjab.

The Lohri was celebrated in the college campus of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and technology Goraya. The holy fire was blown in college ground and Moongfalies and Rewaris were put in this holy fire. Members of college managing committee, teaching staff, Non-teaching staff and students performed Bhangra around this holy fire as well as sang Lohri theme folk songs. Honb. Director Ma’am shared her happy and joyful message with all and sundry. Students enjoyed this celebration the most. Everyone danced around the holly fire on Punjabi songs as well as shared Punjabi Boliyaan.
