The theme based on the festival “JANAMASHTAMI” was held at the restaurant of Hotel Management at Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology ,Goraya in a very decorative way.
In general,a theme restaurant is a type of restaurant that uses theming to attract diners by creating a memorable experience. Organising a theme in a restaurant is a technique by which students learnt about event management,new trends in service industry,theme planning etc.
Students of hotel management showed active participation in this event by decorating as well as managing the whole restaurant.Scrumptious food was prepared by the students on this occasion.Moreover,students dressed up in a traditional manner.
Overall, to inculcate the service skills along with the event management skills, it was a perfect session for the upcoming F & B service managers.Students showed excitement and learnt a lot during this theme based restaurant that too will help them to make their career in hotel industry.
