“Recycling turns wastage into creative things, which is like magic”
The “Fashion Design Department of “Shree Hanumat Institute of Management & Technology” organised Inter Departmental competition on “Best out of Waste”.

The main objective of this competition was, to enhance the arts & crafts skills of the students and how they can make different types of decorative items for home, office, college etc. by using waste materials. During that competition, various types of waste materials like plastic bottles, newspapers, dry fruit peels, ice-cream sticks, thread spools, cardboard etc. were used by students, with these waste materials students made wall-hangings, pen stands, flower vases and flower bouquets. Students from various departments namely BMLS, B.Com, BCA and F.D. participated in this competition. This competition was judged by Ms Jyoti and Mr Akhil Bali. In this competition, Fashion Designing students namely Kashish, Sant and Jasveer won the first prize and BCA students namely Sanjana, Satwinder and Gurpreet won the second prize. All the students enjoyed this competition.
