Fashion Design Department of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology, Goraya organized a Competition of “Make a Gift Box” on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2019. All the students of Fashion Design Department participated in this competition. A great enthusiasm was seen in the students during the competition. They came up with different ideas and showed their creativity. Variety of material like paper, ribbon, colours, threads and glitters were used to make the Gift Boxes.

The best part of this activity was that Students used waste material. They prepared very creative and innovative Gift Boxes. The students were judged by Ms. Navdeep Dogra. The criteria of judgment were Creativity, Sustainability and Presentation. Jaskaran Kaur got the first prize for her beautiful creation. Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma, Director, SHIMT appreciated the students’ work, creativity & thoughts and congratulated the winner.
