An Active listener activity was organised for the students of Commerce Department of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology. The benefits of active listening includes: Positive classroom culture which can lead to a positive college culture, Improved teaching and learning, better teacher-student relationships. With this  activity, Learners see themselves as active partners in their own education; they become more invested in their learning.

The enthusiastic involvement of students captures the attention of others. They participated with full zeal and zest. They were listening to each other’s with full attention and were giving ample feedback to the speaker.

Overall, students get the ideas of importance of listening skills in their personal as well as professional life.
