A table layout competition was organized for Hotel Management Students of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology, Goraya in a very creative way. The table layout is one of the necessary choices we will have to make before the opening restaurant. A decision about how to arrange the dining room and which seating options you choose have a huge effect on not only the overall dining experience but on the efficiency of the restaurant. From setting a table to decorating it, the opportunities for students to get creative are endless .this will help them in future for making their career bright in food & beverage service department. HIGHLIGHTS
1.Students were divided into four groups
2.15 minutes were given to students for lay-outing table.
3. Different types of table layouts were arranged by students ,such as Indian, Chinese,continental, English Breakfast.
