A cake designing activity was organised for Hotel Management Students of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology, Goraya in a very creative way. Cake designing involves several hand intensive steps with high grip force during the application of icing.One great activity that includes getting messy and coming up with something exciting to enjoy at the end is baking.From designing a cake to decorating it,the opportunities for students to get creative are endless. This will help them in future for making their career bright in bakery.

Highlights:

1.Students were divided into four teams.

2. 1 hour was given to students for cake designing.

3. Different types of cakes were prepared by students with several flavours such as ,vanilla strawberry cake ,chocolate truffles cake, Red valvet cake among others.
